Our company provides professional services for companies in the field of business development, enabling the combination of various outsourcing services. We offer office lease, co-working services and professional contact-center services providing our Clients with solutions adjusted to their individual needs.

 

We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:

  • Leading and mentor your team of sales consultants working in the office and remotely from home
  • Reviewing the sales process and make suggestions of how to improve them
  • Verifying the quality and efficiency of consultant’s service
  • Reporting on sales activity and sales results of the team
  • Motivating and directing your team to success
  • Developing and coaching the team
  • Focusing on the target
  • Supporting new team members in the beggining of their work
  • Assisting with recruitment and interviews for new team members
  • Cooperating closely with other departments

 

  • Very good command of Turkish (native or near to native)
  • Ability to communicate in Polish or English
  • EU citizenship or non-work permit requirement is a must
  • Ability to work 40h hours per week
  • Good command of Excel
  • Experience in a position related to the sales or leading or knowledge of other foreign languages is always appreciated
