Working as a Regional Account Manager you will be responsible primarily for managing all aspects of sales within the assigned area, the customer development and business promotion.

Main duties include:

  • Achieving key goals and ensuring implementation of sales campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue growth targets;
  • Reporting effectiveness of every store in assigned area
  • Overseeing day to day sales in the local market;
  • Ensuring appropriate communication, promotional and training activities;


  • 3-5 years of experience as regional key account manager or similar;
  • Understanding the differences between retail chains;
  • Experience in cooperation with the retail customers
  • Negotiation skills, good analytical skills, problem solving skills
  • Bachelors degree or above;
  • Fluent in Polish and at least moderate English;
  • Strong target oriented and proactive work attitude;
  • Focused on the company and customer and understanding his needs;
  • Independent in performing of entrusted tasks;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving license cat. “B”
